Jeffrey Hickcox began his career in real estate investing in 2000 after studying finance at Central Connecticut State University. Mr. Hickcox continued his education into real estate through numerous courses including Real Estate Financing Fundamentals, Creative Financing Fundamentals, Lease Options, Real Estate Law, Property Management, and Development Management. He has personally invested in over 30 residential and commercial real estate deals, and has worked as a coach to other investors. In 2005, he began to recognize that the real estate market was declining in the United States and he moved to Costa Rica. For the last three years in Costa Rica, Jeff has been a real estate consultant for countless deals and projects. Further, he has personally invested in numerous spec homes and urbanization projects. He is currently a managing partner with Costa Rica Land & Property, S.A. and is the president of First Equity Development of Costa Rica, S.A.
